Characteristics:
  1. The temperature of precipitation area is 2/3 lower than that of frying area, so oil change period can be extended.
  2. Heated evenly by heat exchange tubes. Partly overoxidation cannot appear, so the color of oil keeps bright. The oil  temperature can be automatically controlled according to different materials, so the quality of fried food stuff can be enhanced.
  3. Oil residual can be forced to circulation filter system, then effectively treated and move out of frying area. Oil residual char cannot appear.
  4. All-wave stirring system. Electric discharging, with manual discharging device, so the fried food can also be discharged when power failures.
  
Application:
  This machine is used to fry foodstuff like dried fruits, puffed food, meat products. These foods include crispy rice, sticky rice strips, peanuts, vicia faba, kaikouxiao, squid and fried chicken, etc. A ideal equipment to produce fried foods.
